ONE SITTING · 25–35 MIN

This questionnaire runs one set of honest answers through six different personality frameworks and shows you what each one makes of you — separately, and then side by side. Seen together, they put words to things you may have felt about yourself for years: why some situations tire you when they seem easy for everyone else, why certain choices feel obvious to you and hard for other people, and what you need around you to be at your best. That makes it easier to explain yourself to others, and to stop treating your own way of doing things as a fault.

How to answer

  • Every question gives you a set of options and you pick the one closest to you. There is no rating scale and no middle to sit in.
  • Every option is a real answer. None of them describes a flaw, and none is the one you're supposed to pick. They point at different parts of the map, that's all.
  • If two options both fit, take the one you'd actually do rather than the one you'd like to be true.
  • Answer for how you generally are, across your life as a whole.
  • First instinct is usually the accurate one. Don't work backwards from a result you're hoping for — every type here has its own strengths and its own costs.
  • Answer all 120 in one sitting. Nothing is saved between visits, so refreshing the page starts over.
